Diagnosis |
Survey or follow-up audit carried out to obtain and analyze information on the public governance and management capacity of organizations under the jurisdiction of the TCU, in order to identify systemic risks and induce a change in behavior in these organizations, stimulating the adoption of good governance and management practices. The method used is the CSA (Control Self-assessment), applied through an electronic and standardized survey. Based on the results, governance and management indicators are calculated and published on the Internet. Each responding organization receives a report with its individual results which are compared to other organizations within the same segment. |

2021 | Obtained through iGG2021. Considering 378 responding organizations, 118 answered "no" to question 4371A "the organization has approved a sustainable procurement plan". Percentage of 31% negative and 68% positive. The 2021 scenario was reversed compared to 2013. |
